There's the kdesupport library which is supposed to have everything needed by 
the kdelibs to build - I don't know if it's possible to get an rpm of that. 
All those messages look a bit confusing. I'll cc this to the 
kde-devel at mail.kde.org list as it's the sort of issue someone there might 
know about.
