[Kde-java] What happened to QSqlFieldInfo.cpp

If one tries to use QSqlFieldInfo you get a JNI error saying that the native
method newQSqlFieldInfo can not be found.  Looking around it is quite
right, there is no QSqlFieldInfo.cpp file from which is could be generated.

Has it got lost somewhere along the line, or does it need writing from
scratch.

PS, if it is need of writing are there any others that are known to be
missing?
