[Kde-java] Is there a way to get QtDesigner to generate a KMainWindow?

as opposed to a QMainWindow.  Are there any plugins that do this?  I know
that there is KFormDesigner, but that is missing all manner of things like
layouts, and anyway it uses KFormDesigner::FormWidgetBase as its 
base, not KMainWindow.
