[Kde-java] [PATCH] Make juic work again

Hi,

I have another juic patch ready: this makes sure the layout variables
are defined before they are used, avoiding compile errors.  Together
with the previous patch, the generated code now compiles for me.
There is still a runtime problem left with the layouts being added to
the wrong objects, but I'm looking into that.

Ok to commit my two patches to HEAD and KDE_3_2_BRANCH ?
