Mailing list closure - new place to hangout

Hello all,

There is KDE community wide effort to close mailing lists which has been 
inactive for quite sometime [1]. Goal of this is to consolidate way people 
contact us and reduce burden on moderators for spam fighting.

This mailing list has been mostly inactive since 2023, and this is not because 
we don't have community members, it's purely because people prefer to nowadays 
to either use forum threads or chat. We already have matrix and telegram 
channel which is actively being used by contributors. In addition we also have 
a discourse community for having a discussion which you would generally have 
on mailing list.
