[KDE-India] Requesting help to get started with KDE contribution.

[Jogender Kvs]

Hello all,
Am new to the community. I am Jogender Kota, ECE Undergrad from Durgapur.
I know C, C++ and Python. I went through the 'Getting Involved' docs, and
joined #kde on IRC. Thus, while going through the junior jobs, I found
issue #352844 [1] interesting.
Please guide me with my next steps on how to set it up on my machine.
