[KDE-India] CKI 2017 - Potential Location

Hi,

My university (NIIT University, Neemrana) has expressed interest in
hosting CKI in 2017.

I understand that we're mulling changes to the format of CKI from the
next year onwards. Shall we start a discussion on this here? If KDE
India decides they'd like to come here to Neemrana and we can come up
with an in-principle decision on a format, I could take it to the
authorities here early, giving us more time to organise the next
edition.
