That's great that you want to contribute to Plasma Media Center. For
initial help, I would recommend that you follow instructions mentioned on
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Plasma_Media_Center/getting_started_with_PMC.
After that you may want to know more about what Plasma Media Center
contains internally, then look into
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Plasma_Media_Center .

You will get all basic information and feel free to send again email or
ping on IRC if you have any doubt :)
