[KDE-India] Congratulations team KDE India and selected GSoC students!

Hey

I'm pleased to announce that there are (at least) 17 selected GSoC
students from India!

Just to go down the memory lane, these are approximate figures off the
top of my head and to the best of my knowledge:
2007 -- 3
2008 -- 3
2009 -- 3
2010 -- 11
2011 -- 17
That looks good, doesn't it?

More so, my forensic analysis (which is rather inaccurate TBH) reveals
that we had at least about 49 applications from Indian candidates!
