Educate the masses about KDE4 (the vision) and highlight them "What's 
new?" (as you may have seen in the KDE4 Visual Guide).

If there are developers who attend the meet, tell them about Phonon, 
Solid etc. 

Have snacks and may be lunch, if you find sponsors. :)
