[KDE-India] KDE 4.0 Release Schedule

Hi,

          I have been asked many times about KDE 4.0 release date and
such. Often, I didnot have the *exact* and *correct* reply. 4MLOC to
port and maintain can't be joke and I didn't want to give any false
positives to anybody. I am sure some of you  have faced this problem
as well.

          Anyways, incase you are not a regular on the dot, this is
for you [1]. KDE 4.0 release schedule was published a while back.
