     No its alright, perhaps I was not clear enough. It's a open vote
(whatever that means) as I mentioned in my last mail. So you reply to
this thread and cast your vote. At the end of the mentioned time  (
Sunday 23:59 IST) we freeze the voting and count the votes. Simple!
