[KDE-India] Logo for kde.in, t-shirts and beyond

Looks like its "legally incorrect" to have the tricolor in the flag format
(doh!!) , but cant we have impressions, or elements from the tricolor in the
background with Ken's KDE gear?

i was able to get an svg of the whole flag,  (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Flag_of_India.svg ) .. not sure if you
can extract just the chakra out of it.
