Unfortunately the Konqi would be really hard to print, and very
expensive to print (due to the small elements of so many different
colors). Sticking to two or three colors would greatly reduce the cost
while offering a much broader range of printers to choose from since
not many do full color print on t-shirts.
But the idea of using Konqi is nice :-) Perhaps with time we could come
up with a one or two color Konqi for this purpose.
