Well last time the PDF came out 9 months after the release of the
book. The book was in 2004-Jan, and the PDF in 2004-Oct. If you are
willing to wait 9 months, I presume you can get the PDF. By which time
Qt 4.2 will be long out and maybe work on Qt 5 would have begun.
