I have pasted the relevant portions of kppprc.

Account 1 = BSNL dialup, its a postpaid connection where they charge 10ps
per
minute + phone charges.

Account 2 = Sanchar Net , its prepaid dial up package from BSNL.

I deleted the VSNL account settings, they are similar though.
