Description

I know the whole htmlexport plugin is still in the process of being ported, but I've got this update to the floating-cards theme. I hope it's not bad timing.

Update the htmlexport floating-cards theme:
- new responsive design: image scaling to fit screen size (pure CSS)
- no frames/borders around the image
- the back/forward selection widgets are now properly sized to accomodate the thumbnails
- swipe navigation
