Yes, manual altitude look up from the context menu now works with geonames.org.
The desired automatic altitude look up after image dropping on the map is not
implemented. I would leave it at the moment like that. We have by the free
account at geonames.org only a limited number of "credits" per day. The edit of
positions on the map would reduce the "credits" unnecessarily.
