status of KIPI (batch) plugins??

Hi,

I am using KIPI plugins via Kphotoalbum and found that all batch 
processing plugins have gone missing.  E.g. the most useful "timeadjust" 
plugin.

Are these plugins to be found elsewhere now?

Where do I find THE point of origin to search for compilable sources 
(KF5-versions preferably)?

I found various git repos, some including timeadjust, some without.

NB: the URL, as shown, eg. in the fedora rpm-description 
"http://www.kipi-plugins.org/ <http://www.kipi-plugins.org/>" points to 
some japanese nurses portal ...
