since about digikam 4.12

when exporting photos to picasa
then
each photos is compressed.

for example from 3.1 Mio to 1377 kb .

i don't ask for any resizing .

this phenomenon occurs for the first time at 2015/08/18

it is digikam which compresses because now it is very fast to export an album
to picasa .
