If I export to Facebook the image filename is used as description on Facebook
even if I set most of the meta information.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take a picture
2. Complement some meta-information (e.g. title, description, caption, name)
3. Export to Facebook

Actual Results:  
The filename is used as picture description

Expected Results:  
Due to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199317 title + description from the
meta-information should be used.

Additionally, it would be nice to chose if the filename should be used than no
other information is available. An empty description on Facebook should be an
option.
