Panorama reports "pto2mk" to be missing. It's supposed to be part of the
"hugin" package. However, the current version of hugin doesn't provide "pto2mk"
any more, but uses other names.
Either kipiplugin should be enabled to use different versions of hugin, or set
to use only the current version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start Panorama tool


Actual Results:  
reports pto2mk missing

Expected Results:  
should pass on to create a panorama

The problem has been confirmed on the digikam mailing list by Gilles.
