[Kde-imaging] PicasaWeb tool is obsolete. Replace it with GDrive...

yes, this is the right idea. I will study a fix in this way.

Do you tried to use GDrive to upload to Google Photo ? It work fine for you
as for me ? Look like Alexander has some problems that i cannot reproduce
here...
