Can you please provide a general/standalone kipi configuration tool which
allows to deselect the modules one doesn't want to use for *all* applications?
Loading of all modules takes some time and especially the export looks fussy so
for both reasons I want to get rid of all not needed modules in all
applications that use them (gwenview, digikam, kscreenshot).
