digiKam do not use JPEGLossLess plugin since 3.x version (if i remember).

So now, Flip/rotate operation is performed with a dedicated method hard coded
in digiKam core.

The image from comment #10 have generated with digiKam ? If yes, can you share
original to try on my computer ?
