Looks like import fails with the same error.  And removing and readding the app
results in it not getting download or post permissions.

Could this be like the references I found to the last time the app stopped
working where Facebook decided it wasn't secure enough and disabled it?  Who
maintains the Facebook app and how do we get their attention?  It's been a
month since it stopped working...
