Hello Gilles,

I now use Debian 8, kipi-plugins 4.4.0
I can't reproduce with this version.

(I can modify an image, for example rotate, or add some tags,
and then export it a second time to PicasaWeb,
I obtains the dialog box, and can ask for a replacement of the image in
Picasa)


It is fixed,  thanks a lot  !
