Thank you, now I just have to wait for kubuntu to package the updated digikam
(I fear it will be a long wait).
I used to do it the other way round (i.e. doing everything in digikam then
exporting to picasa as a backup), but now, with mobile phones directly
uploading to google photos, I changed my workflow.
