I confirm that this problem is still present in version 4.2.0.

I get quite often the message "Failed to upload photo into Flickr. Do you want
to continue?"

Moreover as there is no option to make the choice (continue/cancel) persistent
for all upcoming errors, it is not possible to perform big unattended uploads
