When I try to authenticate with Dropbox, I get a red error message on the
Dropbox website:

"Only a limited set of users can receive access tokens while this app is in
development mode"

It looks like the API keys are not in production mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to upload an image to dropbox via kipi-plugins (I used ksnapshot)
2. browser opens to authenticate with dropbox
3. authentication fails

Actual Results:  
Error message "Only a limited set of users can receive access tokens while this
app is in development mode" is displayed

Expected Results:  
Authenticate with dropbox
