MetadataEdit XMP Credits nested version

Tested using kipi-plugins package built for Ubuntu Trusty on
https://launchpad.net/~alan-pater/+archive/dwc

It reads nested and/or non-nested tags. It writes only nested tags and converts
non-nested tags to nested.
