kipi-plugins 3.2.0-beta2 (and also 3.1.0) installs a static archive
/usr/lib64/libPropertyBrowser.a

There are no headers installed for that library, so nothing can later link to
it... most likely it's only used during the build process and should not be
copied into the system later.
