Not sure to post it it in this section as it is more or less a feature request.

As far I know, this is not impletemented:
If you control a page, you can't upload images to it with kipiplugins.

I am not sure if the user process is compatible with page or if this would need
a new facebook plugin to handle it.

I am assuming this is possible, according to
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/album/
Now I hav'nt tested it.
