Julien,
This works for me with the new digiKam 3.1.0 release. Could you give it a try
and see if the problem still persists or if you no longer use digiKam? You can
download the installer here:
   http://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/digiKam-installer-3.1.0-win32.exe
