Panorama tool source code comes from Expoblending actually, so the import
wizard is similar. As for enfuse, the Panorama tool do not use it.

Soumajyoti: In Expoblending, enfuse detection is in manager/enfusebinary.*, and
use of enfuse in manager/actionthread.*.
