Installing kipi-plugins, it installs the following file into share/config.kcfg:

-- Installing: /local/kde4/share/config.kcfg/PLEConfigSkeleton.kcfgc

The file that should be installed there is PLEConfigSkeleton.kcfg, but it needs
to be generated using "kde4_add_kcfg_files" in CMakeLists.txt.
