Just notice this warning message after grepping my ~/.xsession-errors: 

Object::connect: No such slot
KIPIPicasawebExportPlugin::PicasawebWidget::slotAnonymousToggled(bool)

And it turns out there is no slotAnonymousToggled at all in
picasawebexport/picasawebwidget.cpp
