Just a side not on this not-so-digikam bug: the error message for picasaweb (or
any other upload plugin) should have a button to get more details and hints on
why it's failing:
- network
- re-authentication
- account quota
- account limit (http://support.google.com/picasa/answer/43879?hl=en  for
number of albums, number of images in one album, ...)
- bad submission/slut http answer
- other

better to create a new bug ?
