Although I realize that KDE packages don't entirely conform to the .desktop
standard, it would be nice to fix some of the simpler issues (such as filling
in the Type field, adding X- in front of custom fields, and using - instead of
_ in some variable names.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run desktop-file-validate against kipi-plugins .desktop files
Actual Results:  
Around 150 validation warnings or errors occur

Expected Results:  
Much fewer than 150 warnings and errors should be produced.
