kipi-plugins 3.0.0beta3 generates and installs several static library archives. 

This may be legitimate, or may be caused by the Gentoo build system (possible
but unlikely).
I suspect it's a general small bug in the build system... the files are:
   usr/lib64/libHUpnpAv.a
   usr/lib64/libHUpnp.a
   usr/lib64/libPropertyBrowser.a
   usr/lib64/libQtSoap.a
