Yes, problem occurs with kipi-plugins 2.6.0:

$ rpm -q digikam
digikam-2.6.0-1.mga2
$ rpm -q kipi-plugins
kipi-plugins-2.6.0-1.mga2
$ digikam -v
Qt: 4.8.1
KDE Development Platform: 4.8.2 (4.8.2)
digiKam: 2.6.0
