There is nothing about this tool in your trace. Sound like it's not installed
in your system. Can you see it in plugin list from digiKam setup dialog ?

I suspect a packaging problem. The depencies from this tool are run time with
Hugin tools :

libgomp is optional. It's OpenMP to parallelize procesing.
