DNGConverter in batch mode produces multiple files of the last file in the
queue.

The Version information given by zypper (Opensuse 12.1) is

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select multiple raw files
2. start dngconverter by "extras/dng-konverter"
3. 
Actual Results:  
example input files:
1.srw; 2.srw; 3.srw

dngconverter produces
1.dng; 2.dng; 3.dng (correct)
all three files contain the picture of 3.srw (not correct)

the same happens when converting canon cr2 raw files

Expected Results:  
dngconverter should produce correct dng-files of all selected raw-files
