Sorry, my comment applies only to the Preview Page.

For the Preprocessing Page I did not understand what you did. I removed one of
the binaries after its detection by the plugin and proceeded. The Next button
has not been re-enabled after the error 'Pre-processing has failed'. Same for
the Optimisation Page.
