actually ... i think this bug is caused by missing connections from the above
point. i had a signal in manager.cpp called signalAllBinariesFound which was
triggered to enable the 'next' button when all the binaries were found.

i'll supply a screencap. you'll see the dev version of cpfind was found, but i
cannot proceed. Also, perhaps a quick tooltip or text in the version column of
the window that this version is a development version, otherwise i can see a
user being very puzzled by the different icon -- i should have thought of this
when i submitted the patch.
