I just stumbled upon this one. Unfortunately, it's still valid for me. In fact,
now it's a little worse with the following versions:

Qt: 4.8.1
KDE: 4.8.4 (4.8.4)
digiKam: 2.8.0

The thing is: When I now select images for alignment and exposure blending,
after the second time, the "preparation dialog" (I've got no better name for it
at the moment – it's the one for the alignment before getting to the actual
exposure dialog) opens twice ...
