I'd like to be able to sync people tags with Facebook in the following way: 

* Whenever I tag a face Digikam will refresh the list with my latest friends
* If I upload pictures to Facebook via Digikam I want to see the faces tags on
Facebook as well and I want them to be correct.

I'm not seeing this currently. 

NB: This applies to Picasa/Google+ as well, probably other photo sharing
services as well. It may be more suitable to handle globally and not on the
plugin level. I have no idea what's the internal architecture of Digikam.
