[Kde-imaging] Mutt email export integration

Is it possible to integrate mutt (or any other arbitrary mail
client/MUA for that matter) into the "export to email" kipi-plugin?

One useful feature of the plugin is to specify the maximum attachment
size and thereby (presumably) scaling the images to meet that limit in
total. Correct me if I'm wrong on that (I don't use any of the clients
listed to try).
