Version:           2.2.0 (using KDE 4.7.1)

during cmake and also in
https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/graphics/kipi-plugins/repository/revisions/master/entry/README

there is an information that QJson library is optional.

meanwhile during cmake without QJson library installed there is a message:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try to cmake without qjson installed.


Expected Results:  
cmake should complete without qjson installed

OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0.4
Compiler: gcc
