There is no special git account, you need to apply for a KDE developer account
as for SVN if you want to develop on KDE code.

With that, you can if you want import your repository to KIPI, maybe using the
subtree merge strategy, not sure if that is the right tool. Or just copy the
code if there is not too much history to preserve.
